Tushy Bidet Attachment Review

Having a bidet to clean your bottom after a number two is essential.

If you are American, you may have never used a bidet or have even seen one in a bathroom before.

Now you can benefit from a power butt wash each and every time you poop with the Tushy Bidet Attachment.

tushy-bidet-review

The Tushy Bidet Attachment is literally a bidet that attaches directly to your pre-existing toilet. This makes for an easy install and makes it much more functional than having to get off the toilet and sit on the bidet.

We reached out to Tushy and they were kind enough to send us a Cool Noir Bidet to give a review on.

Even though they sent us a free bidet attachment, this review is not biased in any fashion.

Delivery and Packaging

Once we confirmed that a Tushy was getting sent to us, it was shipped rather quickly.

The packaging was sealed tight and there was no damage at all during shipment.

We do have to say the box is very revealing.

The Box says “Tushy” on it in big black letters and that’s not even the revealing part.

It also says “For People Who Poop” directly on the outside of the shipping box.

UPDATE: We were just informed that the box no longer says the things mentioned above and it is 100% discreet now. This is great for future buyers!

As you will hear in our video below, we caught our mailman taking a picture of the box and laughing afterwards.

Embarrassing to say the least but hey we all poop so it’s not the worst thing ever.

Installation

Installing the bidet from Tushy was very simple.

We had to purchase a flexible water supply hose from the hardware store but that was very inexpensive. The reason for this is because we had an older water supply that was just a solid metal rod that couldn’t bend and was too long.

The only tools we used were a screw driver to remove the seat from the toilet and also channel lock pliers to tighten everything up.

You literally connect the water supply line directly to the adapter they provide and that adapter connects to the toilet and your new bidet very easily.

Every single part you need is provided in the package. You may need to update your water supply hose but that is something that needs to be done regardless if you have an older toilet connection. We recommend you get a flexible hose which is very easy to match up to your existing water connections.

We are not experts in plumbing and we were able to fully install and use the bidet in less than 30 minutes.

Using the Tushy Bidet

Using the Tushy Bidet was the most simple thing ever.

After you’re done dropping the kids off at the pool, you can easily access the water pressure dial on the right hand side.

You spin the dial to your liking (water pressure level) and then the little water nozzle drops down and starts spraying water towards your bottom.

We were skeptical to where the water would spray but it’s pretty accurate. You can even move up and down a bit to really get precision cleaning.

You will still need to use a little bit of toilet paper to dry off and check for any left over debris but it really does a great job cleaning the area.

Once you start using a bidet, you will never want to use a toilet without one ever again.

This is the most optimal way to clean your bottom after a droppage of precious cargo.

Tushy Bidet Video Review

Here is our thoughts on the Bidet itself with a video explaining how it works and why it’s a great product.

FYI, the video contains a bit of strong language and humor. We are talking about using the bathroom here so humor was definitely something we wanted to explore.

Tushy Bidet Attachment Review Summary

Overall, we really love the Tushy Bidet Attachment.

This product does exactly what it claims to do and it makes any household able to have a fully functional bidet.

The installation was super easy and the water pressure is more than exceptional.

If you are looking for a personal bidet for your already pre-existing toilet, you need to go with Tushy.

The bidet we reviewed was their Cold Water one but they do have more advanced options like Warm Water for instance.
